Been watching police shooting videos lately. You ever notice that the most aggressive Cops towards black people are the black officers themselves? It's kind of sad thinking about why that is. You're a black kid growing up in a poor neighborhood and you want to make a difference so you square yourself away and want to make a change in how your people are policed because cops are always so aggressive with your kind.

You finally meet all the requirements and you start your career as an officer only to find that the current black culture in the US demands for some tough enforcement. I hope we can all live at peace one day.
