Anyone else get disinterested before making it to the buu saga?
I've honestly never watched it for this reason. The cell saga seems to be the last of what im interested in.

For me it was the end of the Freiza saga. The scalage of the fights just got too silly and the animation couldn't keep up anymore, so everything was just blink of the eye teleportations and shit.

I have however seen the entire series. The Siyanman arc is pretty silly (which isn't necessarily a bad thing), but the Buu arc is on par with the rest of the series. It doesn't add much in terms of the overall story line, though.

I was a kid back then so I loved everything dragonball. I am sure if you watch the series as an adult it would be grating at that point maybe.
