>>6469065Start dieting. Do a little more excersize past your comfort zone everyday. Every three steps when running take a deep inhale through your nose, then in the next 2 steps exhale. Counting will also distract you from pain and exhaustion.
This helped go from 13 minute miles to 10 minute miles in less than a month. I'm aiming for 7 minute miles by the end of the year, I wish you luck fren.
