I thought it was God, but then I realised that NPCs are programmed to make the idea sound ridiculous as much as they can, they’re programmed to hide the fact that they’re NPCs. This means that whoever programmed them wanted them to be a secret. And if God wanted them to stay secret he wouldn’t have let us know about them. So who programs NPCs, and are his intentions good or bad?
