I unironically just bought that same 4 pack.

I drank the coffee flavored one. It was just ok. Not bad for an emergency situation but I could not imagine giving up eating for what tastes like a bland protein shake. Have not tried the other ones yet.

I would never drink goylent on the regular but I doubt that drinking it once in a while has any negative effects.

I honestly don't know what to believe with the whole "onions makes you gay/effeminate" meme but overall I do not think onions is very good for you and try to avoid it on the regular.

I bought the onions cafe pack because it was on sale for $10 and they would make a good meal replacement in a pinch.

I have no plans to become one of these people who just drinks goylent all day.

These mimic estrogen in the body, or aid in the production of it. The meat has estrogen in it because of us, not by nature, soi is just pure boob juice naturally.
