Some things you should know though - most guys you see will be over 40, and there will be a lot of fat guys. You have to be willing to go with anyone and have fun with it. Also, I suspect the risks aren't as high for us as boys compared to female prostitutes but there's still always the chance that you'll be raped/beaten/murdered etc. It's a risk you take when you do this job and it's only avoidable to a certain extent.
What you do to ensure your own safety is up to you, but I don't do outcalls to hotels personally, and I avoid accepting drinks that haven't been bought in front of me or aren't factory sealed. I'm an independent sex worker though, an entrepreneur if you will. If you work for a proper brothel or agency it would probably be much safer, but you wont get paid as much. You'll have a driver who will take you to see your clients and they'll wait outside for you to come back, and I've heard some of them will call you when you get in there to make sure everything is okay. You just need to make sure whoever you're working for is legit, presuming its even legal in your state, anyway.
