The practical solution would be to put these women into stocks and have a policy of free use allowing the strongest white genes to be selected by god to repeatedly breed these women for the duration of their lives. This should continue for 3 generations for female offspring to purify their genes. At which point further offspring will be released into freedom to be raised by the state or a willing foster home.
Male offspring will become the property of the military to be raised as soldiers in the great ethnowar and receive the shelter, training, rewards and discipline which comes with such service.
