so this couple downstairs complained about noise, as i live above them in a condo. However, They are harboring a child in a 18+ condo.

Should I:

-Be a good neighbor and try to be quiet for them while they completely disregard condo rules?

or

-Spite them and do whatever the hell i want in an exaction of foot stompingly loud justice?
