Say what you will about the band itself, but the vocalist has one of the greatest and dynamic harsh and clean vocal ranges in metal.
This guy can do everything from really earthy guttural brutal death metal vocals, to really shrill banshee shrieks, and high-pitched power metal cleans, in some instances he even does froggy vocals reminiscent of Inquisition.

It's clear he uses flanger effect to add up in his voice. It's not an autotune but really the old school flanger (DOD 670 simulator etc). This is definitely not an unheard of trick in enhancing of guttural vocals.
