if I feel sorry for myself to find comfort and calm, people end up making me feel like less of a person so I end up feeling sorry for other people instead and we end up trading places in a lifestyle sense. maybe all relationships are just sorrow if I am unassertive - people feel sorry for each other, for themselves; they make eachother sorry - maybe all relationships are based on sorrow for and from discomfort.

maybe in capitalistic societies, uncaring isolating selfishness is right. maybe people just love tormenting each other.
