Why on earth, nobody besides Japs can clean their asses correctly?

Westerners claim that they are the pinnacle of civilisation but they don't even wash their assholes after defecating.

I mean, cmon is it really this hard to figure it out? You use the bidet to wash your ass but you are not supposed to finger your asshole, you can do it without using your fucking hands.
