Some of you have felt my love is too harsh.
Others, that my harshness isn't love at all.
But I want to assure you that this isn't true. It's just as harsh as it ought to be. If you feel unloved, know that my harsh remarks towards you are in the vein of nurturing you with a firm hand, my love for you remains unconditional. If you have been hurt, I take no pleasure in hurting you. But knowingly acting in cruel kindness isn't truly loving at all, so I opt for a kinder cruelty.
