Kinda hard to figure out because it's so different for different places and different people. I think I waste roughly the same as my rent on all other living expenses, so double my rent in total. About a thousand yuropoor bucks. If you wanna be confident just do the math man. Hold off for a few months, and start keeping daily tabs on all your expenses. Then see what it adds up to at the end of every month. Keeping in mind that certain months cost more than others (more gas for heating in winter, more electricity when you're at home more often, etc. etc.)
