Looking at it in terms of what we find sexually attractive, perhaps not. Humans are attracted to each other more by secondary sexual characteristics than by primary. Primary being pene vs vagene whilst secondary covers butt, boobs, hip ratio, spinal curvature, skin quality, hair quality, neoteny of the face, etc. if someone looks strikingly like a female, our brains could be forgiven for wanting to fuck them anyway, especially if the penis has not yet been noticed.
