There is now, since 2015, a 2 (or 3) child policy for child welfare payments in the UK which should hopefully negate this trend.
English are actually extremely pure, they have very little outside genetic influence (outside of major cities filled with third Worlders).
I also don't think shattering their industries in the north helped the situation either. Most people turned to drugs, alcohol, and welfare after that. That pushed it over the edge for the encouragement of degenerate lifestyles when these tight-knit societies were dismembered for the benefit of the (((rich))).
