I got banned forever for trolling on /pol/

I had to wait for over a month to ask my ISP to make my IP dynamic.

I was wondering if this board is where I can go when I feel like trolling.

I can't explain why and how, but I really like trolling on 4chan from time to time. However, I don't want to get banned from this website, because I enjoy the serious discussion that I often find myself engaging in.
