NPCs refuting NPC memes

No.6662960 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
>"e-every person is unique and the only difference is context of consciousness"
Often said with a tone of implied, universal empathy, as if the NPC uttering it suddenly
has genuine respect for everyone around it. An argument that quickly falls apart when
it then goes on to accuse the OP of being an NPC themselves, buying in to the
philosophy they just tried to ridicule. Very common, and usually the go-to for NPCs
caught off guard.

>"YOU'RE the NPC because noone likes you and you need a reason!! Ha!"
Classical ad hominen coming from NPCs that have a vapid, yet expansive circle
of friends and draw their self-confidence from the proportions of it. This ties
directly into the notion that many friends and social acceptance = righteousness
of argument, when the two concepts aren't linked at all.

>"H-hah, it's an ooold meme!! get with the times!"
The cheapest and least sound of any rebuttal an NPC can use. This panders to
the posters self confidence by accusing him of being behind and unoriginal. That
argument falls flat when you realize the act of sharing and discussing distinct ideas
in a forum doesn't have a time limit, especially when it continues to be relevant in
the public space.
