The anime is about a rich retard that collected bodies of girls and tranformed them somehow in zombies, even when some of them should have been already be just bones when he digged them out. I don't get this plot hole.
He found a method to give them their souls back, but it needs years to show actually an effect. His biggest dream is to be the best idol manager of the Japanese prefecture Saga, by using the zombies to establish an idol group, but what they actually just do is improvising on the stage.
