Even though I'm here, I have spent the last few years bettering myself, and that involved a lot of things.
One such thing is how I ate. I cut off carbohydrates from my diet, and found myself with more energy. Turns out that if your body notices you have low carbs available, it will make you more active to, in theory, go hunt and maybe find some carbs. If you got carbs, then you've got cheap energy and you're not as active.
Another thing is that I greatly reduced, and changed, how I masturbated, from like 5 times a day sprinting to finish to once, twice a week, slow and nice, learning about myself and thinking about women I actually know and are not perfect 2D fucking dolls.
And if you're not coming all the time, analogous to the carb argument above, you'll find yourself more confident, your testosterone levels rise because you're not emptying your balls on the reg, and you basically need to "hunt for pussy".
Women, first off, like confidence. They test you, and if you're confident, you test them back.
