Boards with topics offer more in-depth discussion, but when a /bant/ vidya, comic, etc. thread pops up, it never fails to be interesting, especially since many anons here crossboard anyway. But more importantly are the threads you can't have on other boards. The /comfy/ pseudo-general threads here are a good example, they're completely unique from a comfy thread on any other board because there's no topic that needs to be followed or anything that needs to be said, just relax and post anything you think is relaxing.
