Speaking of dreams, i had a nightmare last night. i dreamt i was a sea creature, possibly a nurse shark, and i had other sea creature friends. One of them was a giant octopus; we were just chilling talking about a tv series we both liked. he clearly liked it more than i did, so he drew a fan art of the characters and showed it to me and asked if i could recognize them. i did, i just didn’t remember the names of them. so i played it off that his drawings were just awful. i had ulterior motives to agitate him because i wanted to fight him. i was successful in my attempt to provoke him, so I made a beeline to the beach. For some odd reason I was perfectly fine being outside the water. While I was waiting there for him to break the surface, I had this panicked state, because in the corner of my eye I saw an octopus buried in the sand waiting to ambush my friend. I don’t know why but every fiber of my being knew he was after my friend. I tried to yell and flail to stop my friend from coming to the beach but it was too late. Once my friends head surfaced, the buried octopus lunged at my friends head, wrapped his tentacles around his head and started to bore a whole in his head. Octopus flesh and ink were spewing on the beach and I couldn’t do anything, once he was done, the other octopus just took off with half of my friends head. Somehow in my dream state knew that the octopus tentacles have a mind of their own even when separated from its body. So this dead carcass started crawling after me asking for help. I woke up after that.
