I came from a land devoid of black people and noticed that people of all types said the N word. When I was repeating what somebody said, I was interrupted with a "Wo, wo, wait a second! I did not say nigger. I said (nigga.)" I imagine some of the less sophisticated, (like me) do not realize that there is a difference.
