The Disney Fox merger is all set to close/pass the final hurdle soon. So I was wondering what's gonna happen to my Fox Shares? I know I get a certain amount of Disney shares in place of my Fox shares. Which going by latest Disney stock price is hell of a deal. But then I heard that after it all is done, Disney/Fox is gonna spin off all the assets not part of the deal as a new company called "New Fox". So won't I also get shares of this new company as well? So confusing, first time a merger has affected my stock.
