Is there a way to find salami that isn't wet garbage in plastic for $3 in stores? I can't find ANY dried salami at all.

Try getting it sliced at the service cases as opposed to packaged. I assume you'ved had trouble with cheap packaged salami before. I would try asking for it sliced, sure it may a bit more expensive but im sure it wont be so wet inside the cases where the meat sits that it comes out wet as that would be unsanitary.

For dryer salamis try dry cervelat salami or Hungarian salami.

Ironically we have asian spiced beef, tastes like vietnamese pho.

I would try garlic roast beef as well. If not angus roast beef is plenty tasty
