>>6740873I see. I've always hated it when countries tried to enforce one single culture on a number of peoples. Its always pointless and just hurts the diversity of the world around us.
When it comes to Russia its hard to name a single thing, as we face an array of problems. But as I've said earlier, I think that amending mentality is the key to fixing most if not all of them. A regular Russian doesn't belive that there is any other kind of regime aside from a corrupt and authoritarian one. Subsequently, he wants the governmnet to make Russia as military strong as possible in order to make up for it. If we could change their mindset somehow, show that a change is not only possible but necessary for the country to survive, we might have a chance to make something good out of this beautiful land.
>>6740905We face the very same problems over here in Russia. Corruption is omipresent and people adopt the very same mindset, because they feel that's the only way to get by in this country. But that doesn't mean it cannot be changed. Changing your own personal attitude is the first step to making it work. We need to fight for our countries, they both have potentials and it would be a shame to see them miss out on a prosperous future yet again.
