hi guys
last time I made bread, somebody asked me to assemble a sandwich
I ended up not doing that last time but I made some more bread and I'm gonna assemble a sandwich in a few minutes so I thought I'd make a thread so you guys could enjoy the assembling with me.

I'm gonna put stuff on the bread to make a sandwich
Even though I baked the bread today I still put it in the toasted for a minute to give it a little crispness on the outside
the crust will also taste kinda buttery because I greased the bread pan with butter

I don't like sandwiches without meat
I also forgot to buy meat at the deli, which was ok because I didn't buy bread either so i cut some slices of a roast I have in the fridge and fried them up real quick with some some diced onion and mushroom

They taste pretty good. I really like onions. I made a bit too much though I guess because it was hard to fit on the sandwich.

Sometimes I use mayonnaise or ketchup instead, but I really like mustard so that's what I ended up using this time. Being that it's my favourite, that's not really a surprise.
I bit the pickles a bit so they'd fit better on the sandwich. These are special pickles because half the time the pickles end up with white mould on them before I get to put them on the sandwich, which makes them taste a bit less good. As you can see, these pickles are mould free.

and this is what the sandwich looks like after I bite into it. It tasted pretty good, but I've made better sandwiches. I think frying the roast to cook it instead of roasting it and then slicing it and frying it briefly makes it taste less good, which is a shame, but it still tasted pretty good. Anyway, that's my sandwich assembly.

Good looking improvised sandwich. I don't think I would have added the pickles or mustard, unless ketchup and mayo were my only other options.
