It's a 4 floor building, all of them are either owned by og squatters he did it with or ones who came a few years later. One of them who moved out came over for coffee yesterday, they're still decently close
He pays rent now but its basically the same amount I'll be paying for a tiny student flat once I move out. But this one has a big yard, balcony and stuff
