Once upon a time there was Mod-chanand she had a lot of cirnos. And once Mod-chan went to the marketplace, and left cirnos on their own. Mod-chan shawed mercy and didn't hit anyone, made all clear and started to unpack what was boughten at the marketplace. And there was a porcelain frog among the goods. With gold borders, and faceted eyes. Mod-chan set in on a rack, and threaten no one could touch it. Time had past, and Mod-chan was going to the marketplace again. And again left cirnos on their own. As soon as she stepped on a bus, cirnos grabbed the frog and started to freeze it. But it happens that the frog was not so simple but magical. As soon as it got cold it turned into a bunch of fair young moderators, and they started to ban cirnos. That's how the moderators were born.
