I bake them in a cast iron skillet before frying so they aren't raw inside.
I put sour cream, dark onions sauce, Crystal hot sauce, milk,
and some Apple cider vinegar in the wet mixing bowl.
I put all purpose flour, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, dill weed, and a little ginger in the breading bowl.
I heat corn oil on 6.
I wet dip, coat, wet dip, coat then stick it in the oil with a knife.
I place them on a white Corelle ware dish to cool.
I eat them and drink LandSky spring water straight out of a refrigerated gallon jug.
