Hey everyone has a different experience on psychedelics. Personally they really did help me realize that the line between "me" and the rest of the world is purely conceptual. I felt like I was just a tiny slice of the universe observing itself, and that the "reason" the universe exists is so that it can make more connections and admire its own beauty. It was a pretty profound change of perspective for me.

The closest I've gotten to an experience like that since was reading Prometheus Rising by Robert Anton Wilson.
