>>680205I went two years straight once, and I drink several cokes a day. However, I have very strong bones and therefor teeth too, I think. When I went to the dentist (at 25, first time since I was 20), I had a lot of plaque and my gums had receded somewhat, but I didn't have any cavities. I was told that plaque starts after you turn 20 for some unknown reason, and the reason old peoples teeth fall out is receding gums, not cavities or anything like that.
My point being, unless your some malnourished weakling, you only need to brush occasionally to get the plaque off and keep your gums from receding.
I should note I'm a healthy young man, not a neet fatass.
