I knew a Bosnian girl in high school. She was fine and all, but whenever she talked about Islam (her religion) or her home country and their rivalry with Serbia, she would become unreasonable. Like, I totally understand being emotional about a literal genocide within your actual memory and your parents being victims of it, but she would comoletely shut down at the mention of either of them and basically repeat the samr things no matter what you said. "How is the food at your home?" "something something food also rhe genocide I don't want to talk about it" "I didn't know there were muslims in europe" "You're racist" stuff like that.
