The gov fucks with the housing market (to keep the price down) but it still costs a lot
I live in a 500k SGD commieblock(not really its a brick and mortar apartment but government subsidised ) which is like 1000 sq ft
But this is outside the city, I live in the Western Area, inside the city private apartments can cost you millions for a 1 bedroom flat
