To start things off:

I actually do not! I don't fidget a lot, really. In fact, I don't think I have any fidgeting problems. I have a nephew that has one, though, and he seems to like it.

Sure, they have to exist. Personally, I didn't notice symptoms of psychosis or bipolar mania until I was 18, but had experienced psychosis since I was 16 and bipolar mania since I was 14.
Most important thing to know is that reality is more important than your world. People care about you, and don't want to see you hurt, no matter what you feel. Carry those words with you, and you'll live through the hardest of it.

Actually, as a follow-up, things were hardest during ages 18-23, while I was getting on my feet and going through college. Once I got on my feet, though, things got a lot easier.

Well, assume love sick and try to disprove that to yourself. If you're <16 years of age, don't worry about it. Everyone goes through their teenage years with a lot of bullshit, and most get over it in their time. If you're still considering it a likely possibility regardless of that previous sentence, like I said, look into it and talk to your parents or someone you can trust. Also, never lie to your psychiatrist. He's not a mind-reader, and you don't want to take meds for problems you don't have. Have your parents leave the room if you have to.

I've probably been prescribed a dozen of different medications over the past decade alone for my psychosis, and none of them have worked. Seroquel helps with my bipolar mania, but I still get episodes occasionally. I'm scared to try other medication for my bipolar mania because I'm afraid it won't work at all and they'll take me off Seroquel, so we stick with Seroquel. I'm on Zyprexa, Geodon, and Haldol at the moment for my psychosis, but still no luck. I tried family therapy before I moved out of my parent's house, but that was well over a decade ago, and it also didn't work.
