I feel happy

I am the dude who had an alcoholic father and discovered I would get ankylosing spondolytis.

So, my gene makes me predisposed towards auto-immune diseases. Apparently, scientists have made a pace maker like device which stimulates the vagus nerve for 3 minutes per day, and this causes 30% to go into remission, and the rest to have near to no pain.

Apparently vagus nerve controls the spleen which in turn causes your immune system to not get berserk.

Now, I have been doing breathing excercises for past 3 days, and two of these are proven to stimulate the vagus nerve. The thing is, my psoriasis has subsided in just three fucking days.

Maybe, if I keep doing this, and my back doesn't get fucked up in the next 10 years, I would get an implant (they got 50 mill in funding) I could finally live a normal life and be a little happy. This also is a treatment for depression apparently. I am optimistic right now, thanks for listening :)
