>>6921226not really, it's like 80% bulgarian but we practice self imposed segragation. minorities are out of sight and out of mind in the bigger cities. my home town is full of gypsies but over here in sofia, the only time i see gypsies is when i pass by street sweepers even though there are many more of them here.
the other big minority is turks but most of them look like bulgarians anyway. and with the ones who do look different, you have to know what to look for because their skin shade is still sort of white.
that said, most of the hiking i do is around sofia, which, as i said does get a lot of tourists, that's why i was asking.
