Because the Socio-economical conditions are vastly different.
The Culture is different. Their living standards differ.
Even the geography/nutritional levels differs. The political situation differs.
Africans are also physiologically different from each other, with the exception of skin colour.
No single Human race is stronger nor smarter than the rest.
Every Human is different, even if they share the same culture.
Not everyone is smarter nor genetically gifted.
Becuz the Caucasian comes from a position of strength, he refused to understand
such simple logic. He generalises and rationalises to sell his 'racial' superiority to
others (Classic Narcissism) to prey on those feeble-minded/mentally-colonised
enough to buy into them.
