I'm a high schooler who is about to graduate.

I don't have a lot of people to talk to about this, so I wanted to see if I could get some advice here.

I used to date this girl, and we eventually separated (I wanted to separate) because it wasn't a healthy relationship. I wanted to take care of myself first because I was in a dark place.

Throughout the school year, she has stalked me, and she makes up plenty of lies such her father beating her, suicide threats, and she made up one where I inappropriately touched her.

Recently, about last friday, a friend sent me a text asking if I ever choked her, and I so no.

Apparently, she (ex-girlfriend), told my friend that after we broke up, I choked her for weeks, and that she will file a police report against me.

I'm concerned about if she told other people, and I don't want my reputation to be soiled because I've been trying to work so hard to become a better person. At this point, I'm not sure what to do and how to prove that I DIDN'T do it
