does r/banter ever randomly go down internet rabbit holes or just happen to stumble upon something neat?
I was looking for info on Hiro's book and found the personal website of some jap cg artist/game dev.
Or at least that's what i pieced together by looking at the site and using google translate.
there are some CGs and info about his games up and patches for said games but sadly the games are mail order only and he doesn't ship them anymore.
the site has been around for quite a while and the copyright notice says 1989 and it shows the site is pure late '90s
there's even a diary and every entry has literally thousands of replys despite the most recent one entry being from 2013 and almost all of them are spambots advertising something and from it seems more spam is added on to the pile even to this day.
The guestbook doesn't seem to work but I doubt he'd appreciate some filthy gajin defiling his site.
please share any cool finds of your own.
