It could be through nanotechnology or some sort of serum that inhibited aging.
Transhumanism coul also come in and we could replace our whole bodies with machines so that the only organic thing we had left was our brain.
Which even it could possibly be turned through the ship of Theseus.
A very slow process that could take years of slowly taking away brain matter and replacing it with synthetic versions of it would potentially mean that even our brains could be replaced without destroying the person it contained.
