In part that's because some of the more creatively inclide people left or stopped being as frequent posters for various reasons, as well as new people coming in that just wanted to stir shit up. Its already been pointed on /qa/ that in terms of content that the internet is sort of a malthusian trap; making OC grows arithmetically to population, while making the same shitpost again and again grows geometrically.
I guess if /bant/ stys irrelevant enough to the rest of the site, i guess we could mobile the few but active regulars we do have to make new content in the near term.
