>>6940150it's not like they just have the original mic audio. trying to remove part of the audio that's already there fucks with the way the whole thing sounds. also anything that you have to remove mr from was obviously designed to have it included so it's going to sound dumb without it. it's like taking a single clarinet out of an orchestra and wondering why it sounds funny. the e ya e ya part in the chorus of the red velvet song is a great example of this. it sounds like it's some note they can't hit or they're out of breath or something, but they're singing so high compared to the backing track that they SHOULD be singing it more quietly.
it gets even stupider when you try to compare mr removed performances like that video's trying to do.
the mamamoo has a performance without much prerecorded noise in the first place and they barely removed any of the stuff that was actually there all on top of the fact that it obviously had the highest audio quality in the first place.
then look at the momoland one where they took a song with a lot of electronic backing and low initial audio quality then completely botched the process of trying to isolate the vocals
mamamoo are better singers than momoland but this just isn't the way to try and make that argument
