I'm nervous as fuck I've been a next for 3 years now the last time I worked was when I was 20
Should I go to the interview and try and get the job?

Aside from the cliche bullshit like tsking a shower and having confidence, the employer likes it when you ask questions. Don’t ask things like how much will your pay be or how much work you have to do though. Ask things like what to do in certain situations.

Can confirm in the desperate thing. I went into an interview and mentioned how I just really needed a job. They were going to hire me regardless, until some issues arose and they ended up not hiring anyone. They did say that the desperation was a huge turn off though.
