>>6990264Did you make horrible thick pancakes or did you make supreme thin pancakes, Dutch style crepes? We call them "flensjes" and they are the best. The recipe is basically 60 grams ap flour, two eggs, 250 ml milk (not the half fat kind, regular full fat milk), a healthy pinch of salt, i'd dare to say a teaspoon because salt brings out the sweetness, and sugar, preferrably vanilla infused sugar, and you'd use about 5 grams for this much. The sugar is needed in thr recipe, but it is custom to also put alot on the top once theyre done, or you can use maple syrup, or even bake them in the oven a little while with sausage and dutch style cheese. (trust me on that one). Some even bake some bacon, and then when the bacon's about to be done, they pour pancake batter over it. Itsgreat.png
Baking them isn't hard either, get a cast iron skillet and put a little butter in it every time you make a new pancake. This recipe is perfect for beginners because you make a lot of pancakes instead of 1 big one, so it doesn't matter if you fuck up on a couple of them.
