>>7005959Because it is probably his first build. Parts are pretty damn resilient now a days, but still they will tell you straps are best practice. I just touch the case, I haven't fried anything yet. Even if he did fry something you can get them replaced for free with no hassle depending on where you buy the parts. I had a guy ask me to look at his computer where he plugged in the supplemental 4 pin power into his graphics card they replaced it no questions, good thing they didn't look/care about the fucked up key pining.
