only the strong are ever in a position to feel empathy or sympathy
the weak by nature are more focused on self preservation since it doesn't come naturally
to be meek is to know self restraint
you cannot know self restraint if you have no strength to restrain in the first place
only weak people lash out without reason
only strong people can help others
