>>7046202Oof. Good you're going back home for the holidays, then. What made you go to Canada in the first place?
>>7045338Looks like you already got some good advice! The best solution is talking to someone and trying to work out why you're feeling sad and worried. There's nothing wrong with going to a therapist. Other than that, make sure to eat healthily, get enough sleep every night, get more sunlight and fresh air, and find hobbies that make you feel like you can accomplish something - preferably one that keeps you active and one that's creative. Also look for meetups near you for something you're interested in. It's a good way to meet new people with the same interests as you. Sounds obvious, I know, but it's not like you're going to just magically start feeling better out o nowhere.
>>7046601I don't really come to /bant/ that often anymore, though. I try to keep up on the news, but I feel like the board has drifted away from what made me enjoy it in the first place.
>>7046786That's great, Anon!
>>7046828Good. I don't think using /r9k/ is good for you at all. We pick up so much things from the people we surround yourself with without even noticing it - and the same applies to online communities. If you feel sad and you don't want to feel sad, then don't surround yourself with people that constantly talk about how sad they are and how much they hate everything.
