Fix your sleep. If you go to sleep at around the same time every day, your sleep will be much more effective. I suggest you go to bed, even if you're not tired, until your body is conditioned to fall asleep at a certain hour. It's not easy, especially if you've had a fucked up schedule for a long time. But for an average person, 3 to 5 days is all it takes to fix this. Maybe a whole week if you've been sleeping inconsistently for a very long time.
