Kitchen staff often use the most disgusting mops I've ever seen, and then go back to handling food. The whole mop sticks are like sticks of butter, and that's putting it nicely.
All burger fillings are easily contaminated, and bacon spoils way too easily to be used in a place like McDonalds.
Avoid coffee with milk in it. Too much can go wrong there.
Also, I've heard all across the internet that smoothie machines are never cleaned. It's most likely true based on my experience.
