>>7092230>as the years carry onNigga I'm 35 years old.
>>7092226Well for starters I have a fairly physical job. So my calorie burn is abnormally high on work days compared to a desk jockey. So let me tell you something: Sitting down is bad. I'm on my feet for 40+ hours a week so I'm allowed to sit down on my days off. If you're a desk jockey, spend more time on your feet on your days off. Or ask your boss about installing standing workstations.
At first I was focused on maximum weight loss and I was losing an average of 1 lb a day for the first 20 days or so. Ate about 4 eggs a day and a lot of fiber to keep things moving. Stop falling for the "cholesterol is bad lol" meme. Cholesterol is good. Oxidized LDL is bad. High cholesterol diets are associated with high HDL levels (Which is a good thing). Eggs are good. Eat lots of eggs. Cholesterol is essential for a lot of your bodies functions as far as cellular repair and cellular growth and if you eat a lower cholesterol diet while working out you are just going to end up digesting all of your muscles. After I reached a point where I was no longer embarrassed to tell people my weight I started focusing more on enhancing my overall feeling of wellbeing so now I'm probably losing an average of 0.25 lbs a day instead, but using the extra calories I'm not consuming to fuel my workout routine which consists mainly of various barbell exercises 3-4 times a week.
My diet is kind of modified paleo at the moment. consisting mainly of eggs, peas, meat, salads, fruits, and the only sweetener I use for anything now (such as my morning coffee) is unpasteurized honey.
Ever since I dropped grains out of my diet my bowel movements have been less regular, but other than that causing frustrating plateaus which make daily weight-tracking more difficult I feel a billion times healthier.
Calorie counting is a complete fucking meme so cut that shit out. Be honest with yourself about whether or not you are eating too much.
